Challenge: The existing website relied on an outdated design and limited functionality, making navigation difficult and reducing overall accessibility. Emirates Post needed a modern, user-friendly experience with improved usability and new features to better serve a diverse customer base.
Approach: The website’s information architecture was restructured, with intuitive user flows and responsive, device-friendly interfaces designed across key pages. A streamlined design system and modern visual language were applied to deliver a seamless, accessible digital experience aligned with Emirates Post’s objectives.
Research & Exploration
Close collaboration with the Emirates Post project team helped build a deep understanding of their goals and challenges. This partnership informed the design of an optimized information structure and the delivery of visual solutions that best supported both user needs and business objectives.
Wireframes
Once the information structure was refined, detailed wireframes were created to visualize the new layouts. These wireframes helped align stakeholders and ensured that key user flows met both functional and usability requirements.
Visual style
The visual style of the Emirates Post redesign was guided by the brand’s corporate identity, using bold yet professional colors, clean typography, and intuitive iconography. Simplicity was prioritized to make key services easy to access, resulting in a clear and user-friendly experience.
Features / Track a package
The shipment tracking flow was streamlined to support real-time updates and allow users to monitor multiple packages simultaneously. Clear actions were provided for each shipment, enabling users to respond quickly and manage deliveries with ease.
Get Rates
The rate calculation flow was enhanced to help users quickly and accurately estimate shipping costs for both domestic and international deliveries. Key factors such as origin, destination, package size, and shipment value are clearly accounted for, resulting in a more reliable and efficient experience.
Location Finder
A new, user-friendly feature was introduced to help customers quickly find nearby post offices based on their location.
Informational Pages
Beyond the core functionality, several informational pages were redesigned by refining content structure and applying cohesive visual updates. These improvements enhanced clarity, consistency, and overall user engagement.
